What the website does not do
No advertising cookies, no audience measurement tools, no pixels, no social media buttons and no fonts or scripts loaded from a third-party service. No form collects data on the public pages. There is therefore no consent banner: there is nothing to accept or refuse. If such a service were ever added, this page and the consent request would be updated before it went live.
Your messages (“Message” button, email and telephone links)
- How it works: the button opens your own email app; the website neither receives nor stores your message. It is sent by your email provider to lsosci31@gmail.com.
- Data: whatever you choose to write (name, email address, content of your request).
- Purpose and legal basis: to answer your request for information about a stay or a partnership, at your initiative (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us).
- Recipients: LSO only; the inbox is hosted by its email provider (Google, Gmail service). No resale or transfer for commercial purposes.
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up the exchange, then deleted.
Bookings
Bookings are not made on this website: the “Book” buttons open the property’s listing on Booking.com. The data entered when booking is processed by Booking.com under its own privacy policy, then passed on to the host to carry out the stay.

Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted by OVH SAS (France). As with any website, the host records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) for security and the proper running of the service, for the periods it sets. These logs are not used for audience measurement.
Mascot display preference
If you minimise or hide the little guide, this choice is saved in your browser (local storage) so that it is not shown to you again on every page. It contains no personal data and is never transmitted; you can delete it by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
Administration area
The owner’s private area uses a session cookie that is strictly necessary for authentication and is deleted when the browser is closed; it is never set on the public pages. To protect this area, failed login attempts are counted for 15 minutes using an encrypted (non-reversible) fingerprint of the IP address.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you. To exercise these rights, write to lsosci31@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr (new tab)).
