The four castles of Lastours
Four castles lined up on a rocky spur, above the Orbiel gorges.

On a ridge overlooking the Orbiel valley, at the foot of the Montagne Noire, four castles stand in a row: Cabaret, Tour Régine, Surdespine and Quertinheux. The site, linked to the history of the Cathar Country fortresses, offers a spectacular panorama.
